The raindrops in the foreground add a welcome focus plane to the image, allowing for a focus shift from the main subject to the front, and thus giving dynamism to the image.
However, even though the background is unfocused, and the subject is, I still don't have a feeling of depth when looking at this painting. But that's unimportant.
The picture has a balanced chromatic and a nice contrast which suits well the rainy mood.
As a whole, I find the painting very expressive and drawn in a nice style. I look forward to your next deviations
