But it is such a beautiful drawing...
Since your last version of this cat, you have obviously improved the smudgyness a lot. The tree, the snow, the eyes - everything has a higher quality and resolution. I also instantly saw that the colors are much more vibrant in this painting. I think Tiger is even distractingly orange- in your last painting, he still had more of a cuddly beige tone. Especially his torso is maybe a little bit too bright, and with lesser contrast. It appears a little flat.
Of course, the eyes and the tree are both a uge improvement. I can even see the reflection of other trees in his pupil! The treebark is maybe a little distractingly realistic, drawing the attention from the cat. The background appears less edgy and also somehow less cold, maybe because of the brownish shadows.
All in all, it is definetely an improvement from the last painting, looking even more realistic. I do not like your change of the colors, but since I don't know what category "colors" are in, I won't change the rating because of that
